The Answers You Need
What is your turn around time?
Typically turn around time is around 10-14 business days after order is paid for. If an order will take longer I will let you know upfront.
Please understand that working with epoxy can sometimes be unpredictable and the turn around rate may be longer. If something prolongs the process I will contact you.
What are the payment options?
Square or Facebook pay---once you have filled out an order form and we have confirmed details, I will send you an invoice via your chosen payment method. For Facebook pay you must be a member of my private group (so I can easily find you).
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our work, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are FINAL unless it is a mistake that we made on our end. Your satisfaction is very important to us, so we will strive to make every order right. Please note that if items are personalized incorrectly based on the incorrect information provided, there are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. It is very important you double-check your personalized details, messages/note to the seller before sending your order.
What is your shipping policy?
Once you have placed your order, please allow processing and turnaround time to create your custom tumbler or item. Turnaround time does not include shipping time. The shipping cost includes packaging and handling. Transit times vary depending on how far the package has to be delivered from its origin. Typically, orders are received 2-5 days after shipping. You will receive tracking info through an AUTOMATED EMAIL or TEXT MESSAGE once it has been marked as fulfilled.
Please understand, we are not amazon, but a one-woman shop. I work very hard to get high-quality tumblers out weekly. If you have any questions always feel free to email us and include your order number in the subject line.
